The general website construction process: 

• Clients fill in a contact us form on our website outlining their basic website needs.
• One of our team members will contact you promptly with a basic quote or a series of questions to further clarify your website needs.
• If you are happy to move ahead with our services please view our terms and conditions (if you haven't already done so) which outline our expectations and the services we can provide you as a prospective client.  During this time you can also view a large number of pre-designed templates that we have available for your site.
• Initial meeting - Depending on location, this meeting will occur at our premises, over the phone or online. Please allow two to three hours for this meeting. During this time we will discuss your exact website requirements and tailor a solution to fit your business or personal needs.  Items discussed at this meeting include:
  
  • The purpose of your site
  • Your clientele or target audience
  • The time frame you have in mind
  • A selection of template designs and colour schemes
  • Website features or add ons you would like included
  • Domain registration and hosting
  • Any further questions you may have regarding our services.
• If required we will further assist you in website domain registration and website hosting.
• Upon receiving your web hosting details, we will begin to install and setup the basic structure of your site.  At this stage your basic site will be live.
• We will email you at this stage requesting feedback, basic level refinement to see your website design needs are being met.
• Design Refinement - Preferred designs are evolved into final web design.
• Training - Training is conducted, and the site is managed through comprehensive testing.
• Support - Rubes Products and Services are happy to support and maintain your website, offering extensive email technical support.
