When we say “We” “Rubes Products and Services”, “US” and “our service” we are referring to Rubes Products and Services and its respective products and services. References to “you” “your” “customer” “client” and the like, refer to you, and your agents. These Terms and Conditions can change at any time. It is important that you check back here regularly. Your continued use of this website implies acceptance of any subsequent revisions.

Payment Terms:

• The client will be invoiced for twenty five percent (25%) of the total quote and Rubes Products and Services requires this amount to be paid before work will commence on the web site.
• The client will be invoiced for the balance owing on completion of the work unless otherwise stated in your quote. Rubes Products and Services requires the client to pay the final amount within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
• Should Rubes Products and Services be unable to complete the web site, within 60 days of the client paying a deposit, due to the client’s inability to supply the necessary documentation, then Rubes Products and Services reserves the right to invoice the client for any work completed to date. The client agrees to pay this amount within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Payments must be made directly into the account indicated in the client quote.

 

Permissions & Copyrights:

• The client will obtain all the necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all photos, copy, graphics, registered company logos, names and trademarks or any other material supplied by the client.
• Supply of above mentioned material by the client shall be regarded as a guarantee by the client to Rubes Products and Services that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained.
• No responsibility will be accepted by Rubes Products and Services for damages to or losses incurred by the client from the use of material for which the required permission or authority has not been obtained.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We dislike SPAM. We will never sell, lease or distribute your contact details to any 3rd party. We will only reveal data pertaining to your account if compelled to do so by law.

 

Supply of Information:
Quotes assume that the client will provide Rubes Products and Services with all information, images and logos in digital format.

• Digital document files are acceptable in the following formats: PDF, Microsoft Works, WordPad, Word, Excel, Publisher, .txt, .rtf. Others please enquire.
• Image Files and photos are acceptable in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .tif. Others please enquire.
• Multimedia files are acceptable in the following formats: .wav, .mp3, .mpeg, .wma, .mov, .wmv, .mpg. Others please enquire.
• Additional costing may be factored into your quote if you require logo, graphic or photo design.
  

 

Cancellations:

• Should the client wish to cancel their acceptance of the quote then Rubes Products and Services will invoice the client for any work completed to date. The minimum cancellation fee will be twenty five percent (25%) of the initial quote.
• The client must advise Rubes Products and services by telephone or email of the request not to proceed with work.

 

Alterations:

• Rubes Products and Services will not accept any responsibility for any alterations performed by either the client or a third party which cause errors in the site. Such alterations include, but are not limited to, additions, modifications or deletions.
• If Rubes Products and Services is required to correct any major errors resulting from such alterations, the client may be charged the current hourly rate or an agreed package rate.

 

Errors & Liabilities:

• Rubes Products and Services will use all due care to ensure sites worked on are free of errors.
• We will correct any errors made by staff of Rubes Products and Services in the course of working on a client’s site.
• Rubes Products and Services does not accept any responsibility for losses or damage arising from errors within any site.
